Join your colleagues and the ISU WellBeing team for this regular mindfulness practice. The ISU WellBeing team guides a 15-minute session via Zoom from 10 to 10:15 a.m. each Tuesday and Thursday. Whether it's practicing relaxation breathing techniques, sharing a Loving Kindness meditation, or working on being present in the moment, we look forward to connecting with you.
